The Nayakapu Foundation believes that the future of our community lies in the hands of our youth. Through our Youth Leadership Program, we empower young members of the Nayakapu Goud community to become confident, capable, and socially responsible leaders.
From public speaking to organizing events, taking initiative in community development, and volunteering — our program nurtures character, vision, and purpose. We provide platforms and mentorship that enable youth to discover their strengths and lead by example.
This initiative is about more than building leaders — it’s about creating role models who inspire change within and beyond the Nayakapu family.
We encourage every young member of the Nayakapu family to get involved — because strong communities are led by inspired youth.
